The below itinirary is a suggestion for a shore excursion in Oslo. Our authorized Oslo Guides can pick you up at the cruise ship terminal where your ship docks at no additional cost. The below times can be adjusted according to your wishes and according to the docking time of your cruise ship.

• 08:00: Start sightseeing tour. The guide and driver will pick you up at the cruise ship terminal or any other place in the city center that is convenient for you.
• 08:00 – 09.30: City sightseeing in Oslo – you will see: Opera house (walk on the roof if you wish), Karl Johans gate – Oslo’s main street, Aker Brygge, Old town Christiania, Akershus Castle and Fortress, the royal palace (from the outside) and the city hall (inside visit possible if not a special event is taking place that day) Picturesque ride through one of Oslo’s prettiest parts called Frogner and see the Norwegian Nobel Institute from the outside.
• 09:30 - 10:15: Visit of the Vigelandspark. Walk through the park with the guide. The guide will tell you more about the artist, the sculptures and the park in general.
• 10:15 – 10:45: Drive to the peninsula Bygdøy.
• 10:45 – 11:30: Visit the Viking ship museum
• 11:30 – 13:00: Visit the Norwegian Folk Museum and drive back to city center/cruise ship terminal.

The above suggested itinerary takes approximately 5 hours, and can easily be extended or shortened according to your wishes.
